Issue when moving audio that was adjusted with the audio time unit timeline

The issue is as the title states, I have audio  recorded from two external recorders as well as the camera audio. To get a perfect sync I toggle audio time units in the timeline and line everything up, the issue comes up when I attempt to move my grouped clip (three audio and one video clip), the moment I move my grouped clip the adjusted audio snaps back to the frame grid and i'm forced to readjust my audio, and even so If I move the clip again it goes out of sync. once. again.
As far as I know this has been an issue since 2017 and probably even further back. It would be really nice if Adobe addressed this issue, I believe its kinda preposterous to make us pay 55 a month and force us to find loopholes to complete an edit.

Hey, understood! There's some intriguing things with audio/video linking for sure. Some that many users aren't necessarily so pleased with. But I'm a practical guy mostly ... what works now just gets stuff out the door.

And yea, it would be nice if this didn't happen.

Although its not the solution, Thats already the route I ended up going, it would be nice to not have to use such loopholes, and seeing as its been an issue since at least 2017 I don't have a ton of hope that Adobe is going to address this issue.

Could you select the clip, do a render & replace?

I only grouped it. If I link the audio the same thing happens.

After modding the audio, did you 'link' it to a video clip, or just make a 'group'? For clarity ...
