Issue with Frame.io V4 in Premiere Pro

I just upgraded my Frame.io to V4 and am having some issues with the new worlkflow and panels.

• The V3 panel allowed me to save a local version of the exported file, but I don't see that option anywhere in the V4 panel. Is that feature gone?
• When I want to create a new version, is there no option to change the file name?
• When I first share a sequence, I get the option to "Send to Media Encoder" or "Export". When I want to export a new version, it automatically uses the method I selected previously. That's not always the quickest option for me. How do I choose how to export after the first version?
  I see there's a "Create New File" option but that doesn't drop it on the version stack.

Seems like some of the V3 functionality is lost.
