Issue with timeline playback 14.01

Hello,

Trying my luck here:
For a time we have had this issue with Premiere Pro - where the clips in a sequence, when previewing them, will be jumping back and forth, freezing and then skipping back to the start of the clip. There isn't anything wrong with the clips, as it will do that on different places in the clips at different playbacks.

Even when rendering it might do it at a different time stamp.

When the project is finished and exported there are no issues - but not being able to review process is frustrating.
