Issue with Transcribing Video and Downloading Language Pack in Adobe Premiere Pro

Hi Support Team,

 

I would like to transcribe a video and download the language pack, but I am receiving an error message that says, "There was an error downloading the language pack."

 

I have followed the instructions to install it from Creative Cloud, but it still doesn't work.

 

Could you please assist me?

 

The application I am using is Adobe Premiere Pro.

Hey Tim,

Sorry for the trouble. Please open the Creative Cloud app, click the button with three dots under Premiere Pro, click Add-ons, and add the language pack you want to install. Let us know how it goes.
