Issues after installing 2018. 2015 is nowhere in sight. Adobe says my Nvidia Quadro K3100m is supported, but no GPU Acceleration

I'm afraid that I can't use my computer anymore for Premiere Pro.  It an HP zBook, running Windows 7 pro, ,with 32GB Ram, and an Nvidia Quadro K3100m, supported card for GPU acceleration, and Intel HD Graphic 4600.

I was using CC 2015 for a long time, and that was because I couldn't get GPU acceleration to work for 2017.  I've updated the drivers, but this isn't helping.  I tried a "Fix" in updating the driver from the forum, and got a blue screen.  That was last year, and I haven't tried it since.

Last night, I made the mistake of updating to CC 2018, and it wiped out 2017 and 2015.  The option to view old versions is different.  When I look for Other Versions, I only get the options for CS7 or CS6.  I had previously purchased CS6 for $800 before they moved to the cloud.

I tried a system restore, but for whatever reason, it's not working.

I'd be happy having 2015 back.  I've seen download sites, but nothing on the Adobe sites.  I'm not going to download the software from a non-Adobe site.  I would love to be able to use 2018, but not if I have to ditch my $2300 computer for a less expensive slower computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

Hey Unicodia1,

Sorry about it but due to a change in licensing agreement, Premiere Pro CC 2014 and Premiere Pro CC 2015 aren't available for download.

Thanks,

Rameez

Thanks Jim,  I'll try separating the scratch, project, and cache files.

Thanks.  It looked promising.  But, the 2015 links are outside of Adobe.  They also say to I may have to disable system protection to download the file.  :/
