Issues getting into Photoshop and Premiere Pro
Hi everyone,
Yesterday I was working in Lightroom, finished up what I was doing, and moved over to Photoshop. But when it opens up I'm met with an error saying "We can't confirm your subscription... error code 10000". I'm definitely connected to the internet, tried restarting the computer, uninstalling and reinstalling, logging in and out of Adobe to avail.
Lightroom and Indesign are working fine, but an issue with Premiere Pro has appearred at the same time. I've been logged out, and when I try to sign in within the web portal it tells me I'm all set. But then I reopen Premiere and and it takes me back to login screen.
I was able to get into Premiere and Photoshop on another computer, so I think it's a computer issue rather than an account issue but I'm not sure. I'm quite confused on how I can be successfully logged into some programs but others don't seem to recognize my account. The Adobe account is provided through my position at a university if that's helpful. Any insight or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
