Issues with audio after converting from mp4 to wmv

Hi there

We are using Premier Pro version 5.5 and when we originally saved webinar recording, we selected mp4. While in Premier Pro the following issues were encountered with our recordings:

• audio did not come across with the video (no sound waves)
• audio came across but is too fast
• when we converted from mp4 to wmv the above issues were still there.

Can you please help?
