Issues with Essential Graphics and Adobe Stock

Hello,

Is anyone else having the same issue of not being able to download Adobe Stock directly in Premiere Pro?

I have a business account and have access to many items of content, the one I selected said it was included in my plan. The blue tick appeared once I asked for access to it but then it won't download nor will it allow me to drag and drop directly with out the error "An Error occured during the downlaod fro Adobe Stock Server. Please try Again."

I have signed out of creative cloud and re-set my password but still nothing is fixing the issue.
