Issues with Project manager and proxied files

I am currently working on a larger project (about 3 tb) and have imported all of my footage into premiere and made proxies. I am now trying to use premiere's project manager feature to copy those proxied files so I can send them to another team member. The project was too big to fit on my computer at once, so I split it up into smaller sequences that could fit on my local storage until being uploaded to dropbox. However, some of these sequences seem to simply be refusing to be copied by project manager. I have enough room for them, but the process fails before it can be completed. Sometimes the error message tells me the file path is too long, and sometimes it tells me that it's an unkown error.

I also cannot find all of the proxied files in one place on my computer to copy them manually, I thought I had set up a file path to consolodate them when I started the process but it doesn't seem like it worked. Any advice would be very appreciated at this point.
