issues with transform effect

Hello, im having problem in moving object via transform effect..

i set keyframe with position like so:

and playing clip after last keyframe nothing changes, clip goes and position wont change but then if i want to change position at that keyframe, after clip moves past last keyframe that object does weird moves all the way even if i didnt change nothing else

i want it just to change position in that last keyframe and stand still not to do some weird moves after
