It seems after updating premiere, png layers don't work

My sequence was working fine, till I updated Premiere. Upon re-launching, I noticed flickering, locked still frames, and other corruption in any layers having png or transparent files. When I turn off or that video channel, or delete the file from the sequence, everything looks fine.

I've re-started, uninstalled, reinstalled, searched the forums, and can't seem to find a fix, please help community!
