Jitter look with transform in adobe premiere pro

I’m trying to create a simple zoom movement on a cropped image, it’s not a heavy file, using the Transform effect. When I change the scale or position, even with ease in and ease out, it creates a jittery movement in the frame (lagging mvovment right/left). When I use the Motion effect it works smoothly, but it changes the position of the frame.

Any idea?
