'Jittering' / Choppy playback since NVIDIA Update and Adobe Premiere Update?!

I'm suddenly having issues with the playback of every single video I run on Adobe Premiere?! Never had any issues before, running an 8 core processor, 16gb ram, and a GTX1060 Gpu, so I am assuming it is something to do with the recent NVIDIA Gpu update or the Adobe Premiere one?!

Any help would be most appreciated, it's driving me insane!

Make sure you have the latest Nvidia STUDIO driver installed, not the Game driver.

NVIDIA Studio Driver | 461.40 | Windows 10 64-bit

Hi Ann,

Thanks for the reply although I did try this and the issues still occurred!

I'm wondering whether it has anything to do with the latest Windows 10 updates as I've recently had to update that also?

I have backed up my PC and re-installed Windows 10 so will see if this helps at all. Quite frustrating!
