Just installed Premiere Pro - it's version 7.2.2

Hello, I just installed premiere pro through my creative cloud interface and it downloaded version 7.2.2.  I uninstalled the software, and reinstalled, and same version installed, telling me it's "up to date".  How do I get premiere pro cc 2017?2018? or latest version?

    Meanwhile everything has changed.

    2017 can only be obtained via the Creative Cloud App (only version 11.1.4 or CC)

    2018 is also available via CC app and Download Creative Cloud apps
