Just updated to Premiere Pro 2023, but keep crasing

Just updated my Premiere Pro to the latest 2023 version, so dissapointed with it.

The application will not responding when click export media, and need to force shut the application.

Tried reinstalling but dint solve the problem

    Hi there!

    Sorry about the crash.  Have you tried deleting cache files? Do you see any error codes or messages?

    I did, but it didn't fix the problem.

    me too.  M1 Max with 64 GB of Memory.  My system says Premiere is consuming 475 GB of memory.  I tried restoring to previous version of Premiere, but the problem carried over.  Now I'm trying the Adobe Cleaner Tool.
