keep getting Error compiling movie. Section 9. Code 3. in premier pro 2022 and I don't know why.

the error reads:

This is happening on multiple projects even ones that I have done no effects on.

Is this a software error or is it something I have done?

Here is my time line for this project, so that if it is something I have done it can be recognised.

Having the exact same issue since updating to 2022. Switching to software encoding "fixes" the issue but not ideal. GFX is the Intel UHD 630, tried latest drivers with same results. Rolling back to 2021 and export works fine.

I'm facing the same problem since I made the update to version 22.
