Keep having to force quit Pr, weird Adobe Scopes error message? Anyone else?

Every time I open premiere, as soon as I open it, nothing works. I get the pinwheel, and have to force quit.

Getting a weird error message "adobe scopes"? Bottom right of picture.

Updated already, reset cpu. Nothing so far.

Have you tried resetting the preferences? Resetting Preferences fixed this issue for few users.
