Keeps Crashing

I have Premier Pro CC 2018, and it keeps crashing when i click on import.

Also when i click the editing tab the software just crashes.

The time line panel does not work.

This has been happening for the past 3 weeks I believe it was after the update.

I know it is not my PC as it is brand new and can run the other Adobe Software.
