Key frames don't transition linearly

I have a picture that I want to zoom in slowly from the begining until the end. I set one key frame (100%) at the beginning and another key frame (190%) at the end. When I play the sequence the zoom happens almost immediately after the beginning and remains constant until the end.

What am I doing wrong? I use Premier Pro CC ver 14.0.
