Keyboard not working since update

Hey I'm on windows 10 with premiere pro14.5.0

 

since the last update I have this issue where my keyboard is not working unless I'm resetting all my preferences before every application start. The keyboard is working fine in any other application and the peculiar thing is that when I skip through the timeline with my pen the shortcuts are working. But playback etc. is not possible through space or any other key. 

 

Does anyone else have the same issue?

    I had the same issue, as did two of my coworkers. I switched workspace settings to the default "editing" workspace, then back to my custom one and it worked myself and my coworkers.

    This happened for me on Mac too, and changing the workspace setting fixed it!

    Bonjour

     

    J'ai fait la manip de basculer de mon espace de travial perso vers espace montage puis revenir sur mon espace perso. J'arrive alors a relancer avec la barre d'espace dans la timeline qui se trouve sur un autre écran puis impossible d'arréter avec la barre d'espace ou de sélection les raccourcis clavier. Idem impossible d'éffacer un cut avec la touche Suppr.

      Thanks for that Bob! I'll try it tomorrrow. I keep having the issue over and over after restarting my machine.

      You need to copy the "Adobe Keyboard Default Keyboard" from your Library/Adoobe/Keyboard/en/ to your user/adobe/win file. Then everything goes back to normal for me

      Bonjour,

      je suis sur windows 10 aussi et depuis la dernière mise à jour, les raccoucis clavier ne fonctionnent plus. Il faut resynchroniser les préférences. De plus, quand je fais de l'étalonnage, je dois séléctionner avec la souri, le plan, plus possible de faire un plan suivant avec la flèche. Et pour importer un fichier depuis le finder, plus possible de faire un drag and drop, il faut passer par la fonction importer.
