Keyboard Preference Lost

This is an odd bug because it seems to only affect ONE (1) of my custom keyboard shortcuts. It happens in both the standard Adobe preset keyboard layouts when I save it there, or in my own saved Custom layouts.

 

Specifically I set the 0 key on my top row of keys to let me switch focus directly into the Timeline while editing. For the past few weeks when I close and then open Premiere, this one shortcut is gone and the 0 key is reset to no assigned shortcut. Very odd and very annoying...

    Yes, it is an odd one.
