Keyboard shortcut not working on CEP panel.

ver: Premiere Pro 15.4.5/ 23.6.2

OS: MacOS Monterey(12.3)

After clicking anywhere on the CEP panel, entering a shortcut to select the panel such as "shift+1", "shift+4", or "shift+5" will not work. Other shortcuts work fine in the same situation.

Verification 1
Set the shortcut to a combination of shift alone and another key, such as "shift+1" → "shift+y"
Result: Shortcut does not respond.

Verification 2
Set the shortcut to a combination other than shift alone, such as "shift+1" → "shift+command+1" or "command+1"
Result: Shortcut works fine.

CEPパネル上のどこかをクリックした後、「shift+1」「shift+4」「shift+5」のようなパネルを選択するショートカットを入力しても働きません。その他のショートカットは同じ状況でも問題なく働きます。

・検証1

ショートカットを「shift+1」 → 「shift+y」のように、shift単体と別のキーの組み合わせに設定する

結果：ショートカットは反応しない

・検証2

ショートカットを「shift+1」 → 「shift+command+1」or「command+1」のように、shift単体以外の組み合わせに設定する

結果：ショートカットは問題なく働く
