Keyframe Position changes not previewing correctly in program monitor.

Using position keyframes to recenter the subject of a clip and the preview in the program monitor is showing the clip outside the frame of the video but the video itself is not. Also when keyframing, after the last keyframe on the clip is placed the next frame after it seems to jump around and move the position.
