Keyframe the values on Essential Graphics Templates

I can't find this option anywhere.. Is there a way for me to create a template in after effects, and then when I import it into Premier, can I Keyframe the value from one point to another?  All I can see is to be able to change the value once and that's it.

    I'm wondering the same thing. As of now I don't see that option, without going into scripting on the AE side and adding sliders for the length of time, amount and so on. Instead of just keyframing basic stuff.
