Keyframing VR Footage

I am working with Premiere Pro CC17 and I am working with a clip that is VR. My question is, is there a way to almost keyframe or animate the VR footage to move and simulate movement as if in a headset. The project is not VR the client just wants this one VR clip to be put in.  Thanks
