I updated to the latest premiere cc 2017. When I work in the effect controls panel ( on a video clip) and want to move to the last keyframe for scale for example it jumps to the audio effect controls panel..
Go to the Sequence menu and uncheck "Selection follows Playhead"
What's happening is that when you navigate to that last keyframe, Premiere is automatically moving the playhead to the next clip. If you have "Selection follows Playhead" turned on, this means the next clip will become the selected clip, which has the side effect of making that the clip loaded into the Effects Panel. When "Selection follows Playhead" is off, the Effects Panel will still show the values for the original clip, since it's still the selected clip even though the playhead is now on the clip to its right.
