Adobe Premiere Pro'nun kullanıcı dostu olmadığı ve arayüzünün karmaşıklığı konusunda uzun süredir devam eden eleştiriler var. Kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirme konusundaki yetersizlik, birçok Adobe kullanıcısının diğer programlara yönelmesine neden oldu. Adobe'nin bu konuda bir değişiklik yapma niyeti olmadığı izlenimini edindim ve bu nedenle birçok kullanıcı gibi ben de Adobe'yi tercih etmeyi bırakmış bulunuyorum. Bu eleştirilerin, Adobe'nin mevcut kullanıcı deneyimini ve sunduğu özellikleri yeniden gözden geçirmesi gerektiğini açıkça gösterdiği kanaatindeyim.

Personal opinions and experience. Which are different for every one of us, of course. Adobe has made continual changes to the UI of Premiere Pro, and for the several million daily users, most of them seem pretty happy with it. One very good change is putting all the many new color management controls on the Lumetri panel's Settings tab. Every color management option is there, together, in one place, very slick to use.

I'm not a fan of a couple of the UI changes, but I do recognize that clearly, I'm in a small (if vocal!) minority on them.

As to other apps? I work for/with/teach pro colorists, so for years I've been in Resolve daily. I can work in it, sure, but I don't think I'll ever like working in it.

Why?

The Resolve UI is completely baffling to me, I still struggle ... after years of use ... to remember the numerous places you have to go to get to X options or controls. Such things as ... to check a timeline metadata, you must be on the Edit page. You can see it on the Media page, but ... you can't get data or do anything.

That's one of the more simple. There are a bazillion controls and options that are spread out around the app, and figuring out where they are is mind-numbing.

And ... the entire user interface is pretty much locked down other than you can expand or shrink a few panel sections.

Now I've got good friends who love love love working in Resolve, and for whom all the buried menus are ... well, exactly where they would expect them to be!

Which is great, more power to them ... but they are totally opaque to me.

So don't assume those several million daily users are even considering another app. Some will, but the vast majority won't.
