La línea de tiempo no avanza

Cada vez que abro un proyecto y pongo un video para editar, la línea de tiempo no avanza mientras se reproduce el video de la edición. Las veces que avanza, lo hace como lagueado, con saltos. Antes no pasaba hasta la última actualización de adobe. Después de trabajar varias horas se soluciona y funciona normal.

Me pueden ayudar a solucionar este bug??
