Hi.

I'm making videos with graphics and music, I manage to synchronize everything in Ensemble, but when I export the video, the image and the sound are not synchronized, how can this problem be solved?

This normally happens when the clips involved are VFR ... variable frame-rate media, where the actual number of frames per second constantly varies. Premiere can sort of work with VFR, but not always successfully. It works better with CFR, constant framerate.

If this is the case, download the free utility app HandBrake and use the Video tab to set a specific number for a frame-rate, check the CFR circle, and set compression to near placebo. This gets you a CFR file that will edit properly.

Thank you, Neil, I tried to do the constant frame with Handbreake but it happened the same. so I transfered the files to my old laptop and using the same parameters and the same files, in my old lap, the video exported right on sync, so I thing something is wrong between my new laptop and the program.

Thank you!
