Lagg when press play toggle

CTI (current time indicator) or playhead wants to lagg in cases when certain panels are open in Pp, watch the video.. I don't understand why ADOBE made it like that in Pp and that we users have to think which panel can remain open and which no, ..hopefully in future iterations it will be fixed...regards

Try Preferences > Audio Hardware and set Input to None.

Your sequence preview isn't completely rendered. Please mark the in and out points and go to Sequence > Render In to Out. Let us know if that helps with the preview.
