Lagging problems with "Reverse clip" Effect

Hi! I have some problems with Premiere Pro. I record videos with my A6000 in 60 fps, and when i going to edit in some clips i want to apply the reverse effect to the clip and the playback lagging all the time. I don't understand why.

My Pc is:

AMD Ryzen 2700x

Dual RX5500xt-O8g

16 GB Ddr4 3000Mhz Corsair Vengeance

It's frustating because i have a Surface Pro 6 and there i have the same performance
