Large export new update

Is anyone else experiencing issues with exporting files? Since updating my file sizes have increased by 3x the size - only experiencing this with the new version with updated export look. I reinstalled the older version and the file is normal size, 1.99gb. New one is trying to export at 8.51gb, no settings have been changed?
