Last Update Creating Problems

On hold yesterday for 1+ hours.

Did the call back thing today and just ended up back on hold.

Latest call back times 2+ hours.

Latest update turning projects into unusable crap.

Tried everything I can think of:

Even started a new project from scratch - all seemed to be going well and then .png files brought over from PhotoShop went haywire.

Ghost segments, upside-down images, red highlights over actual section....

Seriously don't know what to do!

    For some people, there's a problem with png files in the latest release. I would suggest reinstalling 12.0.1 from the CC App, going back to that version, until they solve the png issue if you're having troubles with it.

    Neil,

    That is exactly what I ended up doing.

    Glad I was only a few hours in and only had a handful of files to manage.

    FWIW restoring the old version and recovering the old project from the trash solved all the issues.

    Few tense moments these last couple of days...
