Latency when using essential graphics mogrt

I'm using some mogrt graphics I bought on Envato and they all make it very hard to preview and be modified. Here's a video of my workspace with CDU and GPU monitoring: https://youtu.be/YydW1iQZ48E

Can anyone help me understand how to fix it?
I'm using a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

Oh,
- I'm already using GPU Mercury Playback Engine (Metal)
- I turned off global FX
- playback is set to 1/2 quality
- it's just a 1920x1080px video

So don't suggest those solutions.
