LAUCHING APP

Hello! I just installed pro to edit my videos, and after installing it, it said my screen resolution was below the minimum, so I fixed it, and now the app won't even load. I click the app multiple times, and nothing comes up. No matter what I do, it won't load, and I paid the $20, and I really want to use this editor software because the one I'm using now is giving me problems. Guess this one is too, and I haven't even had the chance to use it yet! lol
