Leapfrog a clip in premiere pro

Does anyone know how or if you can leapfrog a clip in Premiere Pro the way you can in Avid?  Let's say there are three clips on the timeline.  The way I would do it in Avid is use the yellow arrow, I believe it might be called a splice in Avid, and grab the clip at the end and drag it to the tail of the second clip.  The second clip would then jump over the clip I've just inserted and place iteself at the end of the sequence.  The sequence retains the same time and the same clips, but the order of the clips is different.  In Avid I use this all the time to quickly assemble a sequence.

I know you can copy insert, but I don't see how that's faster or the same.

Click and Drag that 3rd clip, hold COMMAND or control (windows) and place it before that 2nd clip.

Oh my god thank you.  What is this called in premiere jargon?  I feel like I've been asking people about this for years.
