left arrow into previous clip while in Effect Editor

I just upgraded to PP 2026. In 2024, when at the first frame of a clip in the Effect Editor, I used to be able to left arrow and go to the last frame of the previous clip. This is very helpful when repositioning shots, example: if I repo a character's eyes in incoming shot so they're in a simiar place as their eyes in the previous shot, it makes the edit smoother. I see that in 2026 I can no longer do so. Is there a Setting that lets me get back to the 2024 behavior?
