left right arrow behaviour in Premiere 24.2.1

Hi,

I was wondering with my left and right arrow was not working anymore in Adobe Premiere.

After updating the soft, reseting several time everything without any positive effect, I think I begin to understand what is happening.

It's now possible to move word after word when the Subtitle/txt/transcript panel is active, but when the timeline is active, it seems not to be possible anymore to move frame by frame with the arrows. I have checked the shortcut, and I don't see any frame by frame movement in the options...

Is it real ? Is it not possible anymore ? Or am I obliged to deactivate the automatic follow and update of the transcript when I edite the video in the timeline ?
