Olá, alguém sabe alguma forma mais automatizada de fazer aquelas legendas animadas no premiere sem ser manual, fazendo quadro por quadro, ou conheça algum plugin que faça isso?

Thanks for the message. Have you tried creating some animated presets? That would save a lot of time. I hope others may have more ideas for you, as well. Let us know if the advice helped or not.
