Lens Flare Effect gone in version 26.0.0

Yes gone from v.26. Was not branded as legacy or in the Obsolete folder in v.25?

I used the Lens Flare effect on images, to help simulate motion. I see it has been removed in Version 26.0.0.

I was wanting to use it in a New Video I am making, the question is HOW Can I recreate it in the new version of Premiere without the actual effect?
