Letterboxing issue

I've tried multiple tricks online to fix my issue but they don't work, I have a video that no matter how I reformat it in adobe it still has a letter box on it, I need to fix the video for work URGENT please respond

Post screenshot of export settings with left tab to output and an image (not black).

And what player are you using.

    i play it in quicktime on my computer and on my phone it looks normal then when I go to post it in my app for work it becomes very small for no reason

    it adds the letterboxing after export, even in the output box theres no letterboxing

    ***EDIT i cant see the letterbox in the editor it adds it only after export
