Libraries Panel

I can't seem to drag and drop any content over into the Libraries Panel. Also, I only see a Plus button in the bottom left corner. While watching other tutorials I see several different buttons in that area.

Thanks for any help.

Also, I'm using:

Macbook Pro

Premiere Pro CC 2017 (11.0)

Hi Boone & Katyw,

The interface/options in the latest version of Premiere Pro (CC2017) has been changed.

Now, you get a single button to add media. We have tutorials and documents created on the previous version (with three separate buttons to add media).

You can save looks directly to the Libraries in the Color Workspace or the Lumetri Color panel.

Please check this link: Using the Libraries panel

Thanks,

I am using Premiere Pro 2019 (latest version) and cannot add items to the library as the + is greyed out.  When I drag an item it will not drop into the library panel.  Seems like it should be easy....but it's not...?  Can you help?

Have you selected a Library to add to? If you don't have a Library named already you would need to.

Premiere 2017.1 V11.1.0 (222)

When using the libraries panel the following actions are not available.

  • Drag and drop
  • Edit
  • Add Content

Could someone point me to relevant instructions of use for the libraries panel please. Not just a Lynda reference.
