Libraries Panel is black

I recently bought a new computer (MacBook Pro 2023 M3, running on Sonoma 14.4 and Premiere v24.4.1) and I cannot get my Libraries panel to show me any of my assets - it's just a black box. The little hamburger menu is the only "button" it shows, but it doesn't have any options on it. My Creative Cloud app says that all libraries are synced/up to date.
After reading a lot of forums and Reddit pages, I have exhausted every possible option suggested:
- I restarted everything many times
- Reset all preferences
- Signed out of Creative Cloud and back in
- I used the Adobe Cleaner Tool to uninstall and reinstall everything from scratch
- I manually deleted the "CC_LIBRARIES_PANEL" folders inside "Application Support" (photo attached)
...but the panel is still black.
My only workaround is to find the files on the Creative Cloud Desktop app, but I have to individually download each asset that I need because CC Desktop doesn't allow you to batch-download multiple assets (it will let you export a .cclibs file of a library, but that is unreadable and unusuable as far as I can tell). Some of the files are also corrupted and undownloadable, so I have to make them/find them again.
Aside from fixing the libraries panel, it would be extremely helpful if Adobe would allow for batch downloads of library folders that contain all assets in their original formats, instead of the .cclibs file. Alternatively, please give an option for CC Library assets be stored in a local, accessible folder instead of only in the cloud, so that there is a failsafe in the event of internet connection issues or a faulty Libraries panel.
I was thrilled to discover the Libaries app several years ago because it was so useful, but now I am back to the old method of storing hundreds of small GFX/animations/SFX assets in local folders on Finder. Is anyone else dealing with this? Adobe, please fix one or both of these issues!
