Licenced audio file not recognised in Premiere

Hi, does anyone know how to fix this issue in Premiere? I have licenced an audio file but it is not being recognised when I try to export the video. It has the blue tick saying it's licenced in Premiere itself and it cost 40 credits. The error message advises to right click and licence the track - that option is also greyed out. Thanks for any advice.
