Link or attach multiple graphics to each other?

This seems like a silly thing to misplace, but I need to change the position of some graphics elements, which are carefully aligned & overlapping & such. I'd rather not have to move them one at a time and then carefully line everything back up, but I can't find the equivalent of Photoshop's link layers, so I can move them all at once. Is there a button somewhere I missed?

This is Premiere v23.2.0 on Windows 10.

For them to be grouped as layers, they have to be in the same object. Container, perhaps.

So if you rebuilt them in one overall graphic it would work.

You might be able to nest them and then animate the nest.

For this, they should all be in one graphic, as separate layers. As then you can group several layers to animate together.

In the layer stack in the Essential Graphics Panel (EGP)

I see what you mean, but these are 4 graphics on different tracks, 2 of which are shapes from EGP, one static image, and a short video clip.
