List of last opened projects does not update

Hello,

• Version of the app : Premiere 23.2.0 (Build 69)
• Platform and OS version : Mac OS Monterey (12.6.3)

Since a few days, I encounter 2 bugs with Adobe Premiere :

1. The list of last opened projects does not update. It stays stuck on old files. I can't delete this list.
2. I cannot delete, modify or move custom workspaces that I have created.

I tried to uninstall, then reinstall Adobe Premiere, but I still have the same problem.

Do you know how to solve these problems?
