Literally Exporting wrong footage

When exporting a half hour long video, Adobe takes a clip at the end and replaces it with a previous one I had in its place.  I have deleted all reference to it from the timeline, and pasted the edit into a new project and sequence.  It also makes the completed video 2 seconds longer than it should be.  Any ideas?

    Hey,

    I understand how frustrating this must be. Have you tried deleting your Media Cache files to check if that helps (Edit > Preferences > Media Cache > Delete)? If that does not work, will it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the issue?
