little endian, big endian. any export setting?

is there any export settings relate with Little or Big endian? especially PCM Audio export...

i usually export QuickTime ProRes MOV. i checked via Mediainfo. MOV file made by Adobe Premiere pro is always Little/Signed LPCM. is there way to change export setting about this in Premeire?

or is there any other editing software which can change these data order?
