loading motion graphic template stuck at 15%

I have problem with loading motion graphic template it stuck at 15% for long time. In AE it work but in Pr is dosen't I use Pr version 22.1.2

I have the same issue 😞 I tried downgrading to older versions it didnt help. I think there is an issue with the dynamic link server. (yes I dissabled multi-frame rendering) 
it is super weird because I was just creating this motion graphics template I can import it in premiere but it freezes at 15%.
also I noticed I cannot manually link any dynamic link files because it keeps on loading forever.

Hi Kartika,
thx for reaching out. I am using the current software for AE and PR v 24.2.1
I tried downgroading until v 23.6.4 and there it worked I meanwhile use this version until the issue is resolved.
It can be the template that I am using no doubt but it is weird since it works in AE I can export it as a motion graphics template when I use it in the new version its not working when I use is in the old version it is working. I still think there is an issue with the dynamic link server, maybe it is my machine that is having troubles.

Welcome to the community and sorry for your issue.

Please test and see if it's happening with a particular template or all of them. If it's happening with all of the templates, try signing out from the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign back in.

It's happening with a particular template not all of them. New template that I dowlode is stuck at 15% but template in program still work. I try to signing out and in from the Creative Cloud desktop app. But doesn't help.
