"Locate File" Window Size

I've noticed even time the "Locate File" window opens, it's not letting me resize the window properly. The work area is stuck in this small corner. When I go to enlarge the window, I get all this blank space. Nothing else expands. Anyone know how to correct this?

We're having this exact same issue at work. Any solutions since Oct 26, 2021?

I have a two monitor setup. It seems to resolve the problem if I move the Locate File window to the same monitor as the Link Media window, ESC out of the Locate File window, then click Locate again.
